I was able to teach my older boy how to swim in the pool, while my wife played with the baby (thanks to your sun protected pool). Then we’d run the boys ragged when the tide was right on the beachfront, and search for fish and crabs. We loved our stay, just wished it was a little longer. Your home is beautiful and the hospitality very friendly. We loved the beautiful setting, right on the ocean. The whale watching couldn’t have been better, and it was very interesting watching the rescue of a boat after a tragic accident. We enjoyed your well stocked condo……… It was a wonderful week. Gardnerville, NV I knew we were going to be OK once we saw the family of geckos behind the picture on the deck! What a comfort to have everything we needed here at our access. We spent our time with beautiful sunsets from our very own deck. This location is the BEST as far as I am concerned. I like the feeling of “privacy” yet we are so near to small fresh markets, beaches, lovely shops and eateries. I don’t know if I can ever come back, but I hope I can. Until then, this will be a wonderful, once in a lifetime memory. I’ll never forget the helicopter island tour, the music I played here and the spellings of your streets……… We enjoyed your condo. This is our 19th year staying at Makani Sands, and the first time staying on the 2nd floor. As always, our visit was great and of course, better than the cold weather and snow. Ann Arbor, MI We had such a wonderful time here. This was our first trip like this. The Makani Sands is a beautiful place. Everything we needed was here, and it was like home. Having the reef 60 feet out is perfect. Room for playing and snorkeling. The sea turtles are awesome and the eco pipeline was thrilling. Beautiful back yard, beautiful beach, great neighbors & beautiful sunsets. It’s all here at the Makani Sands! Don’t forget to blow the conch shell at sunset. We will be back.
